7. Availability of Service

AIQ Ventures strives to offer reliable and secure services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or the real-time accuracy of platform content.

8. Liability

AIQ Ventures shall not be liable for:

• data loss resulting from user behavior or external attacks,
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• decisions made based on platform content,
• temporary or permanent service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, models, trademarks, and digital materials are the intellectual property of AIQ Ventures and protected under international IP law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination of Access
